Outcome
We delivered deep, actionable user insights, compelling experience concepts, and a strategically minimum viable product (MVP) for the Memorial Hermann Patient Portal โ all within a focused 12-week engagement. These deliverables gave the client a clear, human-centered design foundation and ready-to-use artifacts that Memorial Hermann has since drawn on to inform and advance the future of their digital patient experience across platforms.
